Location: Gillingham, Kent
Salary: £21,000.00 with an OTE £28,000.00

A company specialising in dental practice management software and marketing solutions is on the lookout for an Aftersales Support Consultant with experience in software solutions aftersales to join their team.

With a global presence throughout Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, UK and Europe, they have developed tools that currently help with the day-to-day management of over 90,000 practices in the dental and healthcare sectors. As part of a larger group that is the world's largest provider of healthcare products and services as well as a Fortune 500 company, they also have access to international expertise, products technology and people.

The successful Candidate will play a key role in fully understanding their customers market, challenges and how to achieve their business and clinical objectives by utilising effective and proven technology-led communication methods.

Working within the Customer Success department the Consultant will work with their portfolio of 6,000 customers, training, consulting and implementing tailored solutions.They are looking for a candidate who truly believes customer success comes from sharing data led learning and teaching customers how to achieve tangible commercial outcomes, allowing them to fully focus on patient care.
