The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Account Executive will develop new business and manage existing relationships and renewals for the US Schools (K-12) market. The Account Executive will do this by using a CRM system to monitor subscription renewal dates for their clients based in the US. The Account Executive will engage with Principals, VPs, Bursars, and a variety of other stakeholders within schools to effectively demonstrate the continued benefits of the online resource which makes learning a variety of curricula easier, in a fun and engaging manner.

The Client
Our client has won numerous awards for innovation and learning over the last few years and their approach helps to engage students in learning. There are three main products for different age groups. My client not only offers a fun and engaging product, but also offers the same 'google environment' in their workplace. They offer a casual and fun working place and now looking to add one lucky candidate to join them in their phenomenal growth.

The Candidate
We are looking for an energetic, target driven Account Executive who has previous experience managing relationships and winning new business. An understanding of the US (K-12) market is essential. There will be an element of upselling and cross selling to existing clients so the ability to be proactive and open up opportunities is also key. We will also consider candidates that have experience selling a similar teaching or learning resource platform but not into the same markets.

The Package
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependant on previous experience, the successful Account Executive will receive an initial base salary of up to £30,000, and earn 5% on all subscription renewal revenue you bring in, and a further bonus if the company hits target. Realistically this will mean an uncapped £45,000 OTE, plus other excellent company benefits.
