We collect and use your Personal Information in accordance with this privacy policy and we are responsible for your personal information.  All references in this policy to "MyJobHelper", "our", "us" or "we" refer to Surfin Mouse LLC.  All references in this policy to "our website", refer to the website owned by Surfin Mouse LLC at https://www.myjobhelper.co.uk. We have appointed Prighter Group as our representative in the UK.
    (B)                    Our UK representative: Because we are a company registered outside of the UK, we are required by data protection laws, to appoint a representative. Our UK representative is Prighter Group.       1.                We are a company based in the United States and we work with Partners and third parties across the world to provide our services, as a result, personal information you supply to us may be transferred outside of the UK. If we transfer any personal information about you to any third party entity in a non-UK and non-EEA country, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that we and any recipient protect your personal information adequately in accordance with this privacy policy.  These measures may include the following:
